Well loved Mini purchased from Senior original owner in 2019. All maintenance records. Show major engine work and 
clutch replacement done by the dealer sometime in the past.
Currently, at about 147000 miles, was getting ready for repaint until something in the trans let go.  
As a retired senior on fixed income, I unfortunately can't afford the repair. In the past I would have done it myself.
The condition of the car is very good. NO RUST. I started to remove the failed clearcoat  Only a couple very minor dents.
The interior needs nothing. Leather is still excellent with very minor wear. Everything works. 
Engine is excellent and very lusty, pulls cleanly to redline if asked to. No smoke, no tap. Milltek exhaust  replaced the Borla and sounds perfect.  Clutch action still feels perfect. 
Good ride (for a Mini) and brakes. Cold Air.  Excellent Continental Tires.
Other than the trans, no other issues to address.  In fact, still drives, albeit  with trans related noises, but probably not for long.
I HATE to have to see it go . I anticipated driving it until I circled the drain.  Great car for another Mini enthusiast.
The asking price doesn't even cover the recent repairs  but  if  no one wants it , I 'll part it out in the Spring.
