Category: Navigation & Audio
Price: $285
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (you may select multiples): R50, R52, R53

Item Condition: Used
Purchased new from Mike at newministuff last July 2012 for $400 (that's including about $45 for shipping from the UK). Currently on his site for 245GBP (US$360+) plus shipping.
Here's a video from him showing the system in action. This video is what convinced me to buy the unit.
I'm asking $285 firm, shipped to US 48. please PM for paypal info.
That price includes the full Mki9200 kit, the MFSW interface controller and Mikey's plug and play SOT harness. Feel free to check on eBay for comparables. The MFSW adapter and SOT harnesses are a bit hard to find, similar ones are about for $90+ for the interface and $40-$45 for the SOT harness, plus shipping. So this price is definitely a good bargain.
I installed this kit in my R53 JCW with Boost and HK using no screws, tape of other fasteners. Everything in the kit is in good shape, and none of the 2 sided tape has been used. Installation is plug n play with the SOT harness, so no wires to cut. It works exactly as shown in the video.
-Parrot bluebox and Connects2 CTUNIPAR05 MFSW interface
-TFT LCD display with SD card slot
-iPod/iPhone USB and audio/line in interfaces
-supports bluetooth phone and music streaming. You can have more than one phone actively paired at once, which is quite nice.
-works with the factory MFSW wheel and includes it's own wireless remote control as well (I put mine in my armrest)

I got the parrot MKI9200 but need this harness. Have any idea what it cost. I saw one on ebay but does not have the MFSW controls. The whole idea was to show my mini dealer that I could add MFSW and other stuff without paying them 1000 to add just bluetooth and voice recognition to my mini.

MFSW/SOT harness for parrot 9200
Yes I contacted Mike. I emailed him back this morning but with the time difference I have not heard from him. I called several other USA sellers and they have SOT wiring harness part but Not the MFSW part of the harness. I have seen other sellers with both for sale. Looks like around 90 dollars for the harness. I am hoping Mike can beat that price but I know he knows how to wire it so even if it is a little more I am going with him. I am going to keep looking though. No else in paying more for an item if I can save 50% or so. I am retired so I have a lot of time on my hands. Do a lot of jet skiing and working on skis. I think the part number is CTUNIPAR05 but not 100% sure. I traded my BMW for this Mini and it had a Dice Mediabridge in it that was awesome. I took it out and sold it on the Bay. I had satellite,USB,AUX,Bluetooth,Handsfree,Ipod,Iphone. But they don't work on the newer minis 07+ So I went with the parrot. Heard a lot of good things about them and hope it does well. I just want to prove to mini dealer that you can add MFSW controls for under 400 dollars. They wanted 1000 just for bluetooth and voice recognition. They also said it could not be done unless you went with the Mini set up. Now we all know that is a lie. BMW codes have been broken for years.
