I have one I am willing to part with. The car has 45k miles. Not sure of the age of the intake. I just cleaned the filter recently. Still looking?

Dang it! If only you posted this last week. I already modded my airbox similar to the Dave f. Hybrid cai. How much were you looking to sell it for anyways? I might be interested still if the price is right

If you have modded yours similar to the dave f. you should be just fine, you will not realize any more performance gains by switching to the Dinan.
