Sold my R53 and have a set of Powerflex control arm bushings pre-pressed into a set of control arms by Way Motorworks and ball joint set.

This is an entire set of front end bushings, with the control arm ones (the hardest to get in, already done). Also includes a full set of inner and outer ball joints, which you should do if you're doing the control arm bushings.
