Valentine 1 Radar Detector, hands down the best radar. A tried and tested design that just works, it has paid for itself 10-fold for me. Includes V1 Box + Brand New Suction Cups for the mount + Brand New Car Adapter with 2 USB charge ports so you can charge your phone or electronics even with the radar plugged in. You can download the manual online or I can email you a copy. I upgraded to the latest V1 radar with the newer updates for $420, but honestly it was a waste of money. I tested both radars side by side and both pick up police radar just as good. The newer version will still pickup some false radar signals at times just like this does, but a quick push of the momentary mute button will silence the radar until the bogey signal goes away. Police radar bands are usually on the KA band which the radar indicates on the display so it's easy to identify if it's actually a police signal. The V1 brings peace of mind, and I feel naked driving without one. I've had the cheapo radars for a long time but they don't compare with the signal range that the V1 has. Once you see how effective it is, you'll be hooked guaranteed!
