Just bought my Mini and the motor mounts (among other things) are worn and making me uneasy.

I'm looking for the most cost effective solution to replacing the motor mounts/modifying the car!

I'll happily buy anyone's WMW Early TSW Passenger Mount, but what are my other choices for all the other mounts? Should I replace the upper mount if it has some small hairline cracks? I feel like I should replace the lower one too, but I don't really have any intuition or context towards which mounts to modify to approach that fine line between direct shifting and NVH.

I've seen a lot of poly bushings on WMW and OutMotoring, is there any benefit to these? I'm going to eventually Dynamat/Sound Deaden the entire car so I don't really care about NVH! I don't have a press though, so how I go about getting getting the poly bushings in?

Additionally, my glove box and driver side window regulator are both broken, I'd be happy to buy any used R53 ones from you! I'll pretty much consider anything since this car is a blank canvas, let me know what you have!
