I have a brand new, unopened, sealed in the box, EBC S5KF1442 Stage-5 Superstreet Brake Kit. This includes both black Geomet coated, slotted, and dimpled front rotors and EBC Yellow Stuff pads. I paid over $350 for this kit, and never got around to installing them. The kit sells for $365 on Amazon. Email me at jdelaney62@comcast.net if you are interested. I am located in Nashville, TN. I'm assuming that the picture is not the actual parts, and that the rotors are 4 lug plus the locking bolt?
