I have a set of factory shocks, and struts that came off of an R53 when new. They are in perfect shape, always stored in climate controlled garage. If you are gong back to stock or just need a set of new suspension these would be perfect for you. The springs have already been sold.

 

Sport suspension? They say cabrio; are they unique to the convertible?

 

I will have to cross reference the part numbers when I get home.

 

How many miles on these from "new"? Definitely interested.

i have a set with 40k miles on them - the front left is busted though. everything else looks/works great. make me an offer - would love to get rid of them/.

any update if these will fit regular R53 (non cabrio?)
is there a diff between sport struts and regular? or is it just the springs that varied?

i could use a refresh set of struts im sure, im at 130k or so on originals with HR lower springs. tires rub like a B when i hit bumps on I 4

 

From my limited research there was only one part# for R50 & R53 struts and it matched the one in the pic. They probably came off a cabrio but its the same strut.
