I bought these for my front suspension refresh, but don't need them after all. They were never installed, never even taken out of their boxes. This is for both driver- and passenger-side axles. The pass side includes the carrier bearing, and both axles include new wheel bearing nuts. I paid $124 with shipping from Amazon (see link below).

New lowered price: $50 cash, in person; both axles, both sides brand new!

I will not ship these. I just found out that it costs as much as I paid for them in the first place to return them. I will only sell to a local SoCal (Los Angeles area) buyer. All pertinent information is in the Amazon link to the actual parts. 5-star reviews across the board.

I don't know if these will fit your exact model. These fit my 2004 Mini Cooper S (R53) with the 6-speed transmission, so I assume will fit all manual R53s, but please check to make sure.

Your comments on these on Amazon steered me clear of them. I'm thinking I'm going to stay OEM on these.

 

I think they're fine in a pinch, or for those who don't want to shell out over $250 per side for OEM. Long side (passenger side) also has the carrier bearing pre-installed. They may not be as durable as OEM, but there's nothing inherently wrong with them.
