Does it come with the second flange and gasket that acts as the flex joint? Or is what is pictured all we get?

No cat means you need to buy an O2 spacer to prevent a check engine light right?

Its missing the weld in section that you're supposed to weld to the original cat section.

You will have to visit a muffler shop to install this whether you purchased a new one or if you save money and purchased mine.
