Is there a planned route? Taking some interesting backroads, perhaps, or the highway?

Hi - since I also live in the Springs I plan to join up with you all at Rudy's. Please post more info as it gets closer, especially in estimated time of arrival so those in the Springs don't miss the fun.

Motoring to Rudy's is the fun!

I'm also in the Springs, but I'll meet up in Lone Tree and Motor down with the group.

This sounds like fun, so count me in. I will sign up as a 5280 member and register on the website.

D0r33t0s, if you leave by 12:45 you can be back in Denver in plenty of time if you just shoot straight up I25.

Cool route.... Is D the location of lunch? Never been so I will have to look the place up.

This looks like all-seasons, snow tires or an ALL4 route.

Good map, we should have a blast, Don

Nice route, hopefully we will get good weather before the run since I only have summer tires! I made a slight modification to the route, basically added a shortcut up Deer Creek Canyon and around Pleasant valley Rd, skips a ton of 470 and 285. Also some nice scenery up there. Let me know if you like it or not.

Thanks! This is what I thought I had done. I was playing around with the map & must have saved the wrong one. Thanks again!

Figured everyone knows about that road, one of my favorite roads on 2 or 4 wheels.

There is another shortcut from Sedalia into Highlands Ranch, go up Daniels Park from 85 then through Castle Pines... http://goo.gl/dAEQX

You don't have to be a member to go on the ride. Hope to see you Saturday.

Hi, my wife and I would like to join up with you all on Saturday for the Icicle Rally - since we're coming over from the western slope and there's a chance of nasty weather on Thursday (when we leave to come over) we might not bring our MINI. Still would love to see the cars at the launch at Starbucks even if we don't have ours. If we do, we're in for the trip! Look forward to meeting you all then!

Chuck & Karen

Anybody know if the road conditions are good enough for slicks (ie NO snow, a little water is OK) If its dry (mostly dry) I'm in.
