Hey guys, I'm trying to sell my R56 2008 Mini Cooper S manual 6 speed with around 81k miles on it. Back in November of 2014 I started having all kinds of problems with it and long story short is it looks like its gonna need a new engine installed in order to get it up and running right. It does start and drive as is right now but theres a variety of things wrong mechanically with it. Car will also need brakes all the way around... pads and rotors and tires all the way around. I do have a set of EBC redstuff pads for it that were on the car before if interested.

Another bad thing on the car was that in 2012 I hit a huge piece of roadkill in the road one nite that caused over 6k in damage. The front bumper, auxilary water pump, ac condensor, radiator, thermostat, associated trim pieces for the front bumper, and theres probably a couple other parts I'm forgetting to list were replaced as well. I have all the paper work for the repairs

Now the good. The timing tensioner was replaced at 35k miles. Car comes with a Helix FMIC along with a NM torque insert. The windows have also been tinted with the legal limit here in Illinois at 35% all the way around minus the front strip on the windshield. Car has ST coilovers on it but they have at least 50k miles on them so they may need replaced. I do have the OEM suspension as well. I replaced the turbo oil line with one from Detroit Tuned a while back. Like I said above, alot of the front end has been replaced. Has black front beadlight and taillight bezels and the blacked out JCW grill that I got from Outmotoring. The serpentine belt has been replaced at 77k miles. Has brand new Halogen Phillips Crystal Vision Ultra headlights. Switched out the front swaybar endlinks with whiteline ones which are adjustable. Those were replaced at 75k miles. All weather floor mats for the front and rear. PIAA Extreme white city lights and a Craven Stubby Antenna. The mirrors are power fold mirrors and the caps have been plasti dipped black. Factory options include the cold weather package (heated mirrors and heated seats).
My asking price is 5k only because I still have a lein out on the car for quite a bit still. Just don't have the time or money to fix everything. I'm willing to negotiate but please no crazy offers.
