Ive owned this since 114k, it currently has 123k which will be going up as it is my daily. When I bought it had some issues as a lot of these minis do so I have spent a lot of time and more money getting this thing back in shape. to that end,

Mods performed by the previous owners (I am the fourth, have paperwork back to the first)
-JCW kit installed (this is the 210bhp kit has the blue 380cc injectors, computer, exhaust)
-Breyton racing 18" rims (one replaced recently, has a possibly repairable knick in rim surface if you want use as a spare. currently have a different 18" black rim with a tire on it i use as a spare)
-wilwood big brake kit (12.19"x.81 rotor) stops on a dime. first time I stopped after replacing rotors and pads I almost went through the windshield...
-megan racing coilovers (older red, height adjustable have tool for such, possibly dampening adjustable have a twist **** on top but ive never messed with it)
-upgraded sway bars (26mm front 21mm rear unknown brand)
-supercharger pulley believed to be 16% reduction, not 100% sure
-adjustable rear control arms
-car has an 03 transmission of unknown mileage, but again checked and rebuilt within last 5000 miles filled with redline fluid
-unknown strut tower brace connecting bar (aluminum) and cold air intake.
-british flag mirrors
-replaced front blown speakers
Probably forgetting something else.
Maintenance
-car has oil changed every 2500 miles with 0w 40 euro blend oil (it does unfortunately burn some and has some blow by so i loose roughly half a quart between changes and oil gets dirty quicker than I would like. I have never gone through more than a quart in a oil change period) doesnt leak any fluids
-supercharger had oil replaced when waterpump was done
-gearbox oil was replaced when it was rebuilt
-radiator flushed and filled when clutch was done
-car always filled with shell 93 octane.
-washed and waxed religiously every weekend
Also of note this car suffered from the airbag light being own since ive owned it. I fixed this recently by soldering in resistors in place of the mat sensors and seatbelt tensioners. I didnt want to go to the hastle and expense of replacing seats or mat sensors. I soldered and shrink wrapped the resistors in so that the original connectors are still usable if you want to switch seats or mat sensors, all you need to do is cut the resistors out. the reason for me saying all this is that if you were to get in an accident both bags will go off regardless of whether not someone is in the seat.
This has been a good car but im looking for something bigger and need to see the mini move on. It would be great if another enthusiast got ahold of this particular one to keep it going.
Im regularly in toledo ohio and dayton ohio. If you have questions or want to see the car email me at straightshot15@yahoo.com and we can go from there. Thank you!
