For $6,500 you get a lot of nice aftermarket parts with a free Mini Cooper S. In all seriousness I hate selling this car. I have put a lot of time and work into the car and it has rewarded me with an AWESOME driving car. This car really wants to be an autocross car, a track day car or a dedicated track day car. I would be amazing at any of those things. My life is changing with the addition of two small boys in my life. Daddy going racing all weekend has disappeared from the list of priorities. One day I’ll be back in it with two helpers but for now I want this car to go to someone who will enjoy it.
The body and interior of the car is in great shape but I don’t think that’s why you should buy the car. The car has been to two track days at VIR with the Tar Heal BMW Club. At the first track day the clutch started to fail, hence the flywheel, clutch, differential upgrades. At the second track day the car ran flawlessly. After that the car has sat being driven occasionally to the store.
