Alright guys, I've been looking for a while now for a clean, well-maintained '05-'06 MCS. I sold my Slicktop LSD model years ago and life just hasn't been the same

I've found some decent ones via Cars.com, Autotrader, Craigs, etc, but most people aren't enthusiasts and can't be bothered to answer simple R53 specific questions. Having said that, I'm looking for a clean, well-cared for R53. Ideally it will be:

- '05 - '06
- Have records
- Not Black or Yellow
- No rust (I will ask for specific photos of sills, taillight, and hatch seal)
- LSD
- Sub-100k miles

Bonus points for: JCW, no sunroof, LSD, cloth, Valeo SM conversion.

You know I like your car and how fastidious you are, but I'm not big on the "make me an offer" thing if I'm being honest. I'm open to talk about it though if you decide that you want to sell it. Oh, and the 128i is being picked-up this Saturday.

All I would do to your car is add 16" Enkei GT7 wheels and the H&R Touring Cup Kit to lower it 1". I saw that you just did the Bilstein B4's. Too bad they're not B8's or Koni Yellows.

 

If I were still in the market, I'd seriously be considering booking a flight to the Rockies for this gem, in my 6 month some odd search ain't too many pop up that looked as good as this!

Only a 4 hour drive over the continental divide which is pretty fun in and of itself.

Nice car, but shipping puts it over the top. The drive isn't happening.

Just spoke to the owner, and it has some needs. Typical R53 problems, but problems nonetheless. At $8k I'd start thinking about it, as it's $900 to ship for me.

I have a 2005 MCS with 134,000 kms or 83,000 miles on it. Have had it since 2008 so all records good to go drive it anywhere. It is Dark Silver with a black roof. Has pulley, rear sway bar, strut bar and strut tower defenders, stoptech pads and disks and some other things. $6500.00 USD. If interested I can send Pics and more info. I am not in a hurry to sell.
