I have a 2008 Mini Cooper S with 81,146 miles. I do drive the car every other day to keep it from sitting, so this will go up as the days go on. It has a 6 speed manual transmission with a great clutch. The car is in very good shape with the exception of the pictured things.

It has the cold weather package that adds HID projector headlights, front seat heaters, and power retractable mirrors. It also has black headliner and A-pillars instead of the tan in most R56's.

It has Cross Competition Coilover suspension. It is a bit lower than stock, but you can raise it up as much as you want. An alignment would be recommended if you do adjust it. It is a very high end suspension that offers adjustability of ride height, camber, and dampening. The suspension retails at $2400. In its current state, it does not rub or scrape on anything.
It also has an axle back exhaust that is not annoying in any way. It simply changes the tone to be deeper. It does not drone in the cabin nor does it have excessive noise outside.
Engine wise, the car is completely stock! It has gotten an oil and filter changes every 5,000 miles and is about 3,600 miles in on its current oil / filter.

There is a check engine light on due to code P0420. I took it to a Mini/BMW specialist and was told that I needed a new upstream O2 sensor. Replaced both O2's and the code was still there. I just purchased another catalytic converter from a fellow NAM member, so that will be here shortly to sort out that code!
While not necessary right now, tires will be needed in the future. The tire light is on due to it being inactive. Tire shop told me the TMPS sensors are on the wrong frequency. The wheels are from the newer 2011-2014 Cooper S' so it would just need the be re-calibrated when you eventually got new tires. I would get it fixed, but it's logical to wait until you get new tires since they'll need to be taken off anyways.

Here is my maintenance list and mileage at which the item was changed:
Thermostat housing - 77,244
Coolant Crossover Tube - 77,244
Water Pump - 77,244
Coolant Flush - 77,244
Spark Plugs - 77,925
Coil Packs - 78,341
Oil and Filter Change - 78,646
Upper + Lower O2 Sensor - 78,646
Headlight HID bulbs - 78,654
Engine Air Filter - 78,341
Diverter Valve - 79,463

I also have a new valve cover and valve cover gasket sitting in a box in my room. I bought it because I discovered a small oil seep when changing out the diverter valve. I haven't gotten the chance to change it out, but I'll probably get to that when I change out the downpipe or it can go with the new owner if he or she would like!

The tags are due on March 8th and it will need a SMOG check. It will be smogged as soon as I receive and install the replacement catalytic converter. I'm waiting to pay the tags due to the custom license plates. I have no problem paying it, but I'd rather not pay the $40 to keep the plates another year, just to sell it.

This car was really taken care of, I just lost interest really hard. The only major reason it is being sold is because I am wanting a motorcycle. I also prefer the driving feel of rear wheel drive cars. (Thanks Miata)
I'm asking $5,500 obo
