Guys, I have just finish the MTH ECU flash with the tuner file from Don..... wow, what a big difference!! The car pull much harder and much more responsive. Compare to the stock ECU file, the cooper CVT sucks big time, there is always a flat spot at 2000rpm, then 3500 rmp....... and it rev up slow. MTH tuner files does fix that, rev up much faster, car pull harder. After the reflash, in normal driving position (I mean in D drive) there is a slight flat at 2800rpm, just slightly, then it goes all the way to 6000 rpm. The best part is when u are in sport mode, it goes all the way to 6000 rpm no flat spot at all!!! Guys trust me, it is a big difference, it really sounds like a different car to me, worth every penny!! I have put new afe intake, new milltek header and cat-back b4 the reflash, except the sound it produce, i cannot feel much difference at all, but after i put the mth files, oh my god, I would never want a cooper S now...lol, and believe it or not, I think the tuner file make a slight difference on the exhaust note too, it sounds more deeper... if anyone is interested pls contact Don@PrecisionMINI mthpower@precision-mini.com, his customer service is top-notch and response is real fast, everything get done in less then a week.
