Updated wall pics

for those who want to see, heres some pics. i havent worked on it in a while, just havent had time, but the last few days ive done a little work. for the most part, its almost ready to be covered, the back IS ready, the front needs a little more work.

heres the most updated pic of my car too, i took off the factory installed driving lights. i have the palo uber light bar but havent installed that yet. still need to blackout the handles and the grille and mini logo and side arch lights/reflectors.

the front (need to fill all screw holes, and gaps where the multiple pieces of wood meet up, then sand smooth and cover it.

i really like how this top piece came out

and the back

since i cant decide how i want the amp rack, i started working a little on the door panels. they arent going to be hard at all to make, since its just a flat panel, not 16 individual rings (i wanted a flat panel)

cut the hole for the door handle.

lol @ me in the relfection

cut out the passenger one

oh ****...

the holes line up pretty good. some are off by like barely 1/16", nothing you will ever be able to see when comparing both doors

couldnt get these 3 with the drill press (wouldnt reach to the center of the circle) so i had to jigsaw them out.

got circles?

this did all the hard work (cutting the circles)

thanks again robin

Hey pimp, just a friendly sugestion here but you might try resizing your photos to say... 800x600 so they don't take up as much space on photobucket and thus you won't exceed the bandwidth next time.

The car looks good. It's nice to see your making progress. I'd recommend finishing one car before starting on the next one. 2 half finished projects != 1 finished project. Although, once you start on the explorer, let us know were we can see the progress of that build.

photoshop > actions palette. then go to file > automate > batch edit.

use the help menu and DO it. should be easier than putting a giant speaker box in your car, twice :P
