I just returned from the CES (consumer electronics show) in Las Vegas. The MINI was a very hot item for car audio this year. What Alpine did to theirs is almost criminal, but oddly you can't stop looking at it.

Oh, BTW Alpine announced an iPod interface that does the following with Alpine head units:
1.) powers the iPod
2.) Transmits audio to head unit
3.) Displays file information on Alpine head unit

...all through a single cable. Sweeeet!
