rear speaker grille removal

I've got a small dent on panel right below left rear window I know I can push out from inside but dont want to take out all interior in back to access I could get from rear spkr grille area I've tried to pop out grille but seems so tight .Will it pop out don't want to break it. Thanx

No it doesn't, it's part of the same mold. You'll have to remove the entire back of your car if you wanna get inside there. Swapping rear speakers is a *****.
