I have a 2011 Clubman S with MINI Connect and Nav. I love the Snap In Adapter and had it first with the iPhone 4. When the iPhone 5 Snap In came out at the end of last year, it was perfect timing to get the iPhone 5s and new adapter (84-21-2-351-308).

But since first buying the adapter I have had to replace twice already and now it has just died again.

There has been some weird issues with the i5 adapter, where the music won't play sometimes so I need to eject the adapter and pop it back in. Then no issues.

I have been also having battery issues and just had my battery replaced yesterday by MINI. Adapter worked perfectly for the first few drives afterwards but then the i5 adapter died later that day. Stops reading or even recognizing the iPhone. I ejected the adapter and put it back in. I restarted the iPhone. I did not install any new iOS.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
