Stock speaker sizes.

Before I go ripping apart my stereo assembly, what are the stock speaker sizes in the '04 Mini (non-HK, FWIW)?

Thanks in advance!

The front are 5 1/4 and the rear are 6 X 9.

Wow! Very happy to hear that! I happen to have a set of Sony 6x9 3-way speakers sitting in my room.

WOOT!

OK, upon further review it seems BMW thought it necessary to make me rip out the damn seats and entire rear panels to replace these speakers. What a pain!

I got the seats out no problem, but when I started on the panel it was a little more difficlut. Any pointers?

Yeah, Buy several extra yellow clips and pull hard!!

Getting them off isn't the problem. It's putting them back on that is the pain in the ***. I found removing the rear seat back latches helped tremendously. Mark their position before hand though.

Dealership only place I know of. Classic MINI usually offers the best prices. The clips should be really cheap.
