Blowing fuse

Morning,
We just purchased a used 2012 Coupe JCW. We bought it cheap as a project knowing there would be some issues, so here is one that I need to research. The stereo is a HK, I know these have amp problems, so maybe one of you guys can help me figure this out.
1) Stereo powers on and you can change channels or put in a cd and it looks like it is playing-- no sound
2) in the fuse box,, F49 30A fuse is blown. - Go to replace it and it blows instantly.------- Sounds like a short to me.

What I do not know yet, is that the fuse to the AMP or some other component ?
Has any one had an amp blow fuses like that?

Any help toward a R58 wiring/fuse box layout would be great or the internals of the HK amp would be helpfull.

I am not putting it past the former owner tapping into something and messing it up.
