Sorry I missed it guys. I was away all weekend. And besides, I couldn't run with my GP2 diffuser sitting in my house and not yet installed on my car.
Hope to get a run together whenever it stops snowing.
I don't mind going into the city, well i do a bit because I do it for school every day , but does everyone ever do Westchester runs?

Speaking of potholes....OMG! A new one has emerged in the left-hand lane going northbound on the FDR right before it splits (left for the Harlem River Drive and right for the Bronx). I hit it and thought my dang wheel was going to fly off. I hate run flats, but if that harder than steel tire is what kept my rim from getting dented or kept me from catching a flat tire....then I'm taking back every bad thing I ever said about them. Well.....almost everything. Lol

I'm all down for a Westchester run, only one problem...NYS Troopers. Unless we have a native who knows where all the cops are then it'll be a good idea. I'm only familiar with speed traps in and around the Bronx River / Sprain Brook Pkwy up to White Plains / I-287. Anything past that, I'm clueless. Also, looking to set up some mini detailing clinics. The idea is to share some basic maintenance tips for your ride.

Bear Mountain is right under an hour away off the Palisades Pkwy. It would be a nice run, only issue being is a 45-50mph speed limit. There's lots of cops on the Pkwy. I don't mind cruising speed if we have a large amount of minis traveling. It would resemble a parade. :D
I'm down if we can get at least 10 minis to participate.

i can get to bear mountain in about 45 minutes, it's not bad really. the drive itself is a nice little road up the side, there's often fairs and stuff at the top. it's a nice drive, pretty, especially in the fall. the only issue is sometimes trucks and campers go up there, and they always are really slow and never pull over to let people by.

Sadly, these next two weekends don't work for me. I'm headed to Ron Fellows 3day ZR1 driving school then a drop in Vegas while I'm out there. Earliest I can do is the last weekend of the month.
Best,
Gene

How does April 7th in the morning sound for everybody?
