Bought one on Saturday. Looks really classy; not gaudy like some of the aftermarket stuff. Although, what's the milled out oval area on the passenger side top supposed to be for, an emblem?

Anyone know offhand if this BavAuto part is a replacement for the hydraulic upper motor mount?

If so, any pics?

That mount works for the R53 only, but I'm not sure which one it is. I can run downstairs and grab it if you want. To my knowledge these are press in only too. Let me know.

For the price, if its actually a replacement upgrade, I'll take it. I should probably just pick up the damn phone and call, huh? LoL

Where in are you in relation to Portsmouth? These have been on the shelf for a while and without looking at the actual vehicle I wouldn't, in confidence, be able to sell you them not knowing if they are the right ones. We don't have any R53's kicking around, just R56's. I can tell you that they are Blue, solid insert in the middle.

Yeah...about that....Windsor, Vt. Up by Dartmouth College. That being said, how much damage am I going to do if I drive around with this failed mount for another week or two?

$80.00 for a pair aren't bad, and worst come to worst you could ship them back or sell them elsewhere if they don't fit. These have been sitting on the shelf for a bit, and to be honest we don't have much more info on them.
As far as causing damage; it all depends on how you drive the car. Do you beat her or Pepere drive? Either way, I would grab them....cheap money for a better than factory product. Factory is more expensive as well.

That's been my thought. The Pocket Rocket is my daily driver, but I don't thrash her too badly (in my mind). I think I'll just order them and see what happens. I've got a dipstick on order currently, maybe you guys can just add this to my order.

If you want to pull the trigger on these, call in and ask for Ian. I made him aware you may be interested.
My name is Austen by the way.

Ordered the bushing. Just the front one for now. I'll eventually swap out all of them. Didn't talk to Ian, but thank him anyway. And a big thanks to you, Austen, for all the help!

Hey Rick. My wife and I went simple this year. We paid for the registration, shirts, and window clings. We will not be doing the GTG at the base of the mountain. I would pass on the BBQ. We can all go out somewhere and then venture back for the late night GTG at the resort. Try to get a stay at the attitash grand summit. Book fast as it fills up fast.

Did you call or only check online? I'm fairly certain you have to call to book for MoT.

I was only planning on doing the basic registration as well and t-shirt. With moving back and not having any employment yet, I really don't feel like dishing out $150 for everything. We are planning on just driving up on Saturday.
