Any one have experience with Kumho Ecsta 4X, im thinking about a set for fall/winter tire. Im trying to decide be between those all season or a nice set of blizzaks. Its about $300 more for the blizzaks
I currently have the Ecsta ASXs on my R56. The 4X are Kumho's replacement for the ASX. You should have no problem with winter driving with the 4X. I sell Kumhos here at bav.
Ditto he brought it all up and did it all however. Apparently 2012 they started using non bmw break pads n they havent seen them before and gave me a pretty hard time about them saying i had aftermarket breaks but didnt replace te wear sensor. After i webt back to the shop with them to show them why they were wrong they replaced them no problem!
On a side note. Bedford can get the painted headlight n taillight rings. They are in the us!!! The headlight rings are 74 a piece. But i worked my boyish charm with niki n got them for 34 each! Two for the price of one!
I'm a fan of the Blizzaks. Are the tires on the rims bad?[/QUOTE]
they are pirelli Euforias, two are in decent shape two were slashed (205/45/17) there is also a pair on ebay for sale as well if you were looking for a whole set
So it just keeps getting better. My mail guy at work and I have been talking about Coopers, and how he used to have an '06 JCW, and how he kicks himself in the *** for selling it. Comes in today with a Cravenspeed Minispeed stubby antenna, and 2 brand new JCW front and rear badges and says "Merry Christmas.". He has a set of factory JCW wheels with tires, and also winter wheels. Checking to see if his wife got those in the divorce but if she didn't he would sell them cheap. I just did a little dance in my office chair.
