Rick, the NM heat shield won't fit your car either.

Edit - I suppose you could make it fit...

The heat shield part number from NM have less to do with the car, and more to do with the engine. If you have an N14 (2007 - 2010), you'll want the 688856, and if you have an N18 (2011 - 2013), you'll want 688857. Scott, your Countryman should have an N18 (as it's a 2012), so it'd fit your car.

And all of this is assuming that Mark hasn't already picked it up. LOL

Jeff @MOB just called. The vent hose off the back of the valve cover is leaking, and not covered under Preventative Maintenance, but the leaking turbo line is covered????? Mikey, can you get the vent hose? I'd rather do it myself and save $204.

I can special order the vent hose. It cost $32.95. I need to order one as well. $204 to replace a part that takes less than 10 minutes? They quoted me almost $400 to replace 4 spark plugs...

If Mike can't get it for you, try http://www.eminiparts.com/

You basically order it from MINI at a price lower than the dealer, and you can pick it up at the parts counter or have it delivered. It's great for parts at a small discount, especially if you're doing the work yourself.

It's all about savings. Eminiparts is great. I think you get a 15% discount right away.
