You can't view the photos unless you have an account on that forum. :-(
It sounds interesting though...

Wow, you guys are heartless...
When you get in a wreck, sure hope people make fun of your situation as well.

Awe, come on, that's sad. I love my MINI, but it got purchased partially because I couldn't find an EVO I could afford. Or even that was for sale, for that matter.
I figured that with 4 doors, I could convince my better half it was practical.

Shame to see a nice car destroyed regardless. I had the opportunity to drive a "built" Evo with over 500HP at the wheels and it was awesome!
Keep in mind that someone lost his/her car doing something they probably now regret. Hopefully the person wasn't seriously injured and we, as a community...even if we don't have Evos ourselves, can be thankful for that.

i thought the car was smashed by the police for street racing.

I too assumed it was flattened by the police. All street racers need their cars flattened.
If it was the result of an accident, then I hope the passengers escaped unharmed.

Generally the cops don't crush the cars while the drivers are still in them

Thankfully (amazing) the chap walked away with little more than a bump and bruise, exited via back window.
