My list of cars includes some strange as well as wonderful vehicles.
1. Triumph TR10 Estate wagon in Nimbus white with red over the top racing stripe . Especially appropriate for its 40 HP and 0-50 in 18 sec. 948 CC and top speed of about 70!
2. 1967 Cortina (Model C) GT Only car I have EVER bought NEW. ($2333 on the showroom floor) Red and used it to rally and autocross on the weekend as well as drive every day.
3. 1967 Lotus Cortina. Too good a deal to pass up on this one. Had it and loved it till it became a sandwich at the hands of an 80 year old neighbor who took out both the front and back ends after hitting the gas instead of the brake and pushing it into the back of my
4. Cortina wagon which was sitting in front of it. And this was the morning after I had JUST dropped in the engine after a complete rebuild.
5. Lotus Cortina #2 The replacement for the first had the big valve engine. More HP but never as nice as the first one.
6. 1967 Camaro Rally Sport. My wife brought this to the collection. Her Mom bought it new and we still have it.
7. 1978 Honda Civic CVCC (the little 3 door one) Put over 300K on this one including many vacation trips with the kids.
8. 1973 Dodge B210 work van. Still have this as the V8 has enough power to pull the boat -- a Boston Whaler Montauk.
9. 1981 Honda Accord LX Put over 200K on this one before selling and picking up
10. BMW 320i Black beauty which was well loved till I found a deal on a
11 1987 BMW 735i Still have this one with about 240K on it. First car I owned with heated seats!
12. VW Vanagon 7 passenger - Just the thing for taking a bunch of scouts camping.. Slow up the hills but always got us there.
13 1988 Jeep Cherokee Served us well till a little after 200K. Replaced it with
14 1999 Lexus RX-300 Still have this with about 160K on the odo and still running well.
15 2004 Mini Cooper S as you see in my sig. Love this one and will for many miles to come

1988 Jeep Comanche-I miss her, she was my first. every option but 4WD, and i mean everything:power windows, power locks, tilt wheel, auto, sliding rear window, long bed, bigger fuel tank,"power" switch for towing, AC. i love that truck.
1993 Pontiac Sunbird-i hated it. ugly color, ugly car, slow as hell, sloppy shifter, long clutch, shifter would be frozen in gear in during winter mornings, passenger side window wouldnt roll down (no power windows), no options(not even passenger side mirror) but i couldnt kill this car. the original owner beat the car (clutch pedal had no rubber after 45,000 miles), my sister beat the car, my brother in law beat the car, i beat the car and she kept asking for more. my father started to drive it, dorve it all nice like (shifting at 3000 RPM, no faster than 65 on the hi-way) and 5th gear blew up.
1998 VW Jetta GT-My love and my arch nemisis. i love the car, it fights me every step of the way.
Dune Buggy-Project (for the past 10 years). It will be ready by time i turn 16

Started with a 1995 Plymouth Neon, I didn't really like it since it had a tendency to blow the head gasket. Sold it soon after I bought because of all the problems I had with it, it was ok though since I had only spend $300 on it at an auction for fleet vehicles from a local company.
Bought a 2003 Blazer Xtreme when I was 16, had the truck for 5 years. Gave me quite a few problems but it was good and took everything I threw at it like a champ. I still miss it. I traded it in for the Mini.
While owning the Blazer I inherited my great grandma's 1982 Oldsmobile Delta 88 with only 22,000 miles on it. I drove it for a little while but since it got about 5 mpg I sold it for $1200.
I got the 07 Mini Cooper about a month and I have loved every motoring mile I've put on it.

1987 Nissan Sentra: I beat the living crap out of this car. Took it off-roading/ mudding all the time. Went through 3 exhausts because of the ***** I pulled in it. A lot of high school shenanigans went down with it. Bought it for $200, tortured it for 2 years, and sold it for $200!
2003 Honda CR-V EX: Nice car, but rather vanilla. I put over 30k miles in a year on it (pushing it past 90k miles), and it's value was dropping rapidly. So traded it in for...
2007 MINI Cooper S: I love this car, and plan on keeping it for a looong time. Eventually it will be my summer ride (when I can pull off a winter beater)

at this point?
Cars I've owned:
first car - 1983 Olds Delta 88 - bought when I was 14, still own
.030 Olds 425
B&M modded TH200-4R transmission
aluminum driveshaft
Impala 8.5" 10 bolt rearend, welded seams, 3:42 LSD
Impala police suspension including tubular A arms
best time: 13.44@122 in the 1/4. Yeah, I slip a bit.
Second daily driver - 1992 Grand Prix - sold after 6 months
horrible car that ate alternators and would never run right.
Second car overall - 1967 Chevy C10
250 L6, 3spd manual (column shift) long fleetside
sat in a parking lot for 8 years. dumped new oil in it, a new battery and points and it fired up and drove home on 30 year old tires.
Third daily driver - 2003 Taurus...it's a bar of soap.
Second truck - 1984 F-150. 300, AOD...lots of rust. Dad got this as a parts truck for his 1980 F100 in a package deal. Ironically, the F100 hasn't moved a foot since going into the shop, while I stuck a starter on the F150 and drove it 15000 miles the first year.
