Seriously Uncoolness;
Richard Hammond's Porsche I think he drives a 996tt
BMW M3 CSL (are these guys on crack?)

Uncool;
Volvo S80 and V70 (ok I agree with that)
911 C4, 911 turbo... Must be in the coffee....

And a Honda Jazz is cool? what in God's green earth made them decide this?:impatient

I forget what episode, but I remember jeremy taking the MCS off of the cool wall completely... something about having it up there for so long that it's losing it's 'cool' factor. I'll have to watch the episodes I have saved tonight to figure out what he said (oh darn! )

Did they ever do an MCS test drive? If so can someone help me find the episode or clip?

yes to both... although I think it was an S works... I have that clip along with a bunch of episodes and the like on my laptop (which I left at home today, of course)... if I get time tonight I'll try to find the part where they remove the MCS from the wall and clip it.

Everytime I've seen the show I wish it was the episode with the MCS. Posting the segment would be awesome!

their ways of determining whats cool and uncool are beyond looks and performance. I remember that the Ferrari 612 was deemed uncool just because it was designed by a guy named Ken. Its all their opinion. But its still funny.

I miss this show so much, my laptop is being repaired so i havent been able to watch top gear in a while...plus i was supposed to burn copies of the cds i have for someone on here, but i havent been able to do that for the same reason...sorry!

At home i have a tower computer that is used specifically as an A/V library... and I have a DVD burner. I'm going to try to get the whole topgear collection together and burn to DVD's for MOTD this year... maybe we can find someone that will rent a projector and we can project onto a building or something for an outside viewing party during some of the events... we'll see how it pans out

exactly what I was saying tuls... in fact, I cut out the clip from the top gear episode (7/04 I believe) where they moved it to uncool and then put the MCSC under cool.

you can d/l here:
http://home.comcast.net/~theroyalwe/MiniWall.wmv

edit: it should be noted that in the UK the car isn't held as highly because a) it is pretty much german/bmw (although thanks to lucas everyone else views this as a good thing) and b) the MINI really is not a small car to them. over here it really sticks out and I think most people still think it to be very cool.
