It's a Hamann Grille that used to be available through Minimania.
Haven't seen to many of them, it was special order from Germany.
Glad you like it!
Thanks

That grille is sweet, I believe you can order it straight from Hamann, check their website, if I remember correctly you can order it

Painted body trim looks good too.
I've been wondering if it was worth doing on my JB -- but it does look much better.

That front end makes it look so unique. Little tint should complete the black out effect.

Glad you like!

I have a mild tint on the car now, even as mild as it is I got 180 bucks in tickets for them in NYC. 90 bucks per front window.

Didn't realize that they were so strick there in Manhattan, Honestly they had to meet there quota or something they had pulled over a full blocks worth of cars that had tinted windows and gave all tickets.

Sat there honestly for an hour waiting to get mine

I'm working on getting the HL Rings painted as well.
Been talking back and forth with Lyle, there were posts the past few days regarding his vinyl styling.

That's the only thing I would've suggested -- it's gonna look great!

If anyone wants a sourse for that Hamann Grille that is Stateside, try Bavarian Autosport out of New Hampshire.

wait a minute..you paid a ticket for the tint??
usually they just give you a repair order. not a ticket...

but then again. it was probably cause the cop was jealous that he didnt have such a clean sexy mini like yours.

Just curious. what type of suspension are you running with.
I like how your lowered, can you break down your components, shocks, endlinks, ride hieght.
I've been thinking that's my next area of adjustments.

If your having thoughs about getting the trim painted, you should go for it.
Not to knock the standard rack panel, but for some reason it looks un-finished to me.
Also, If you are going to do it, shop around a bit.
I found that there was a range of pricing from place to place.
You can also remove the panels your self inorder to save time & $$$$
Since you have the hood stripes you might want to go with the fender flares and the side skirts and keep the front lip and rear valance the textured panel.

Look into it though, I think you'll be glad once you do.
Makes them stand out from the pack.

Man, just seeing that almost makes me think it's worth it to have a black car just for how damn good it can look when it's clean... Very nice!
