making a noise at high rpms
When I'm at high rpms, I can hear this kind of clinging noise...I guess that's how I would describe it, but I only hear it when the air and radio is off. U can kinda hear it outside, sounds like its coming from under the car, kinda like the sound of light rain drops dropping on a metal roof or something, I don't know, its weird... Anyone know what I'm talking about? Lol

Well there are several. Most of them are used to protect the inside of you car from the really, really hot exhaust system.
The one that protect the engine from the heat of the header is pretty obvious (and probably the most likely culprit). It just sits back towards the firewall behing the engine. You will know it when you see it.
That said it doesnt have to be a heat shield. It could be any shield in the general area of the engine meant to protect something from something else. For example a loose grill for protecting a fan.
If it were me i would have somebody rev the engine to where you usually here the noise and try listening around the engine and the car for it. That should help you narrow the location down so you can start a visual search.
Good luck.
