Here are my dream cars in no particular order:
aston martin vantage (so beautiful, i saw it on the street on the way to work once in this colour.. had to stop and wipe the drool off my face)
a 1969 Shelby Mustang GT500 for my boyfriend
Mercedes-Benz G55 (AMG would be nice)..i would prefer it in black.
volvo s60, titanium grey with tan interior (almost orange). i had the s80 T6 before my current mini and it was such a comfortable and great ride. too bad she was getting old and expensive :( anyway, it was a touch on the big side, so i think S60 would be perfect.
i dont know why people always refer to audis as boring cars but i really like the A6, all around and specially the back. test drove the A3 when we were looking for cars before and the interior was awesome, as well as the exterior.
and lastly.. well i saw ppl posting bikes, so here's the BMW G 650X Moto that i like a lot. looks like a fun one!
no station wagons or SUVs for our 2 dogs or going up north (i live in toronto, but we frequent cottage country area) or winter driving. we have a hummer H3 for that :D and before you all start jumping on my face for it, know that its gas needs were almost the same as our S80. and it's the most fricking fun and exciting ride offroad; we go on these insane steep rock hills where i think we're gonna roll off and die by getting crushed headfirst, but the big girl (as we affectionately call her) just locks down those wheels and climb steadily down to the bottom. after having experienced what that car is capable of, IMHO i believe that people should only have SUVs for two reasons: offroading and those who need to move big objects, like for construction materials or the like. otherwise, everyone else should have a normal sedan and not go driving around with the big thing for average city tasks.

Some very nice choices here, I am will probably be the one that people ask "WHY!?" however these are all vehicles that I have absolutely fallen in love with. Most would have to be "restored" to be in like new condition, however I love them so much that I would definately do so.
1) I love my MINI, so I would definately keep it. 2003 MCS (old picture, but w/e) DS/B
2) 1997 E36 BMW 328iS. Just like the one that I used to have. (that's mine below) Silver on Black
3) 1994 Jaguar XJS. I like the 4.0 litre inline 6, however an engine swap and a manual transmission would be in order... Almost bought the one below, however it was in pretty bad shape when I saw it. Would prefer Red on Black.
4) 1964 Lincoln Continental. I would prefer Black on Black. Such a sinister looking vehicle.
5) And being that I had the money to do whatever the hell I wanted, I would pay GM/SAAB to build me a version of the SAAB Aero-X.

1) The Citroen C-Metisse. Yes, another concept car, but a beauty in my eyes.
2) The Ducati Sport 1000. It looks and sounds beautiful, I saw one in New York after Christmas, and was practically drooling.

You know, it's been almost a year since I started this thread, and I think I'd leave my list the same without any changes. The only change I'd consider would be a 135i over the Cayman S, but then again, I'd feel a little weird NOT having a porsche on my list. Maybe I'd change it out for a 911 GT3, since we're dreaming.
