Sounds similar to 'Restore', which has been around for awhile, and which works so-so.
Most of this stuff really is snake oil, and if was exceptionally effective, we'd see a lot more in the way of testimonial info online for it -after all it's been around for 75 years according to their web site.
The Maintenance Forums (professionals) haven't heard anything about it good or ill.

Get your oil analyzed at a lab, then use this XADO stuff, run the oil for the interval, then get the oil analyzed again.
