I don't know if any one posted this yet but on tech live they mentioned MCO’s fight with BMW. It wasn’t much more then a blurb but it did present the pertinent information. Wanted to provide an update on this...

TechTV has decided to fly a crew out to Colorado to meet with me this coming Monday. From what I understand the piece will air on Wednesday (August 13th). They've asked me to bring my car (the TEAM MCO car) and I hope to get a couple of other MINI owners to come out to join me.

Wow! Very cool, Mark. Especially since by the 12th you should have a better idea of what's going on, right?

 

I would hope that we'll have better information by then. To date, neither BMW or MINI has contacted my attorney...
