Ok, here is the next little project on the RMW table......
well, there is much more than this but we can't spill the beans on everything as we like to keep some things in suspense Please feel free to guess what we are going to do with this.

It is obviously a butterfly mold. You are going to make decorative hood ornaments. I don't think it will work on my car but it would look good on some cars.

You missed the cool colored bangle braclets behind the mold. Or hoop earrings?
Its an aluminum billet cupholder with a specially CNC machined "well" to hold excess coffee that will spill as you zoom around corners in your MCS that has lots of RMW parts? Jan, this was MY idea, you beat me to the market AGAIN!!
As it is a domed piston the diameter is not the point of interest rather the compression ration. Lets see if you increase the compression ration slightly you can lower the blower speed and thereby by lower the heat created by boost pressures. Not to mention keep the M45 in a reasonable RPM speed. You then pick up more bottom end torque and still have good top end. And if you machine the piston dome configuration to the combustion chamber there is even more hidden power. Old tricks on racecars, new trick for a MINI? Then if you offset grind the crank change the rod length and piston pin height…why stop at a 2.0 ? Do we see a 500whp Mini engine in the future ?
