Would make a great car for a Pepto Bismol salesman! Actually, I think it's (brace yerselves here, men, I'm gonna use the Big "A" word!) Adorable!!! Guaranteed, yer not gonna smell much Testosterone around this car. Really, though ladies, it might be one way of keeping your fella from borrowin your mini.

so...are you saying that this family has bought like 2 mini's within a few months of each other? dad bought one for his daughter, now he's hooked. does that mean he actually drove it? probably before it was painted pink. and how about mom, no mini bug for her? or maybe she's got the family van/wagon. how about sister or brother?
all i know is that girl is the luckiest girl in the world. driving that to school is a hit no doubt. she's gotta be the youngest mini owner/driver in the world.

Err. Yup.

Err. Nope.
If I teach my 12 year old son how to drive my MCS he'll be the youngest MINI driver- at least in Hawaii.
Do you need a license for that little car? He piloted a 30 foot fishing boat while in Scotland (with a little help from the Captain-instructions only) and turned to me and said he was ready to drive the Cooper S.
Lucky? I don't know. Sometimes it's better to earn your stripes. I'd have to meet her.
Pink color to keep the male drivers out of it? Interesting concept. Never occured to me as a valid deterent. Once you're behind the steering wheel I think you are likely to forget about pink. Bring on the mods! Please.

It DOES look better in real life than what the pic indicates.
The metallic changes the pink hue at different angles and light.
What was so funny was that more males were standing around gawking at it then women, though one woman was so smitten by it that she offered to buy it from the owner

I think this metallic Pink looks fantastic and I personally dislike pink cars. Much prefer it over the hum drum Solid Gold Metallic.
There are some classic Minis painted in solid Pink with white leather interiors. I think I have seen the pic somewhere in here.
I would still prefer to see Orange (Metallic or Solid) being offered.

Here in California we are, of course, preparing to replace our governer. One of the many candidates is that self-promoting bleach blonde, Angelyne, who drives her pink corvette, with her pink poodle by her side. She was recently involved in a traffic accident and her car is in the shop - right when she needs it for her campaign. Someone should show her this pic! lolol...

Not my cup of tea, but I commend the paintjob and something different. I think MINI could market that. Albeit limited, but might sell.
Maybe I'm 1/2 nuts (or totally?), but the EB/white MCS reminds me of my parakeets. Put some ridges on the roof and little dark blue covers on the headlamps/black covers on the fog lights (throat spots). If I had excess cash, I'd make a parakeet Mini!
The bird on the right is twitters, I'm naming my MCS that  Sparky is no more. http://www.dolch.net/downloads/image...pairokeets.JPG
cheers,

It is an excellent paint job and metallic too- you have to see it in person to appreciate it. The bonnet stripes are painted on!
