Have You Ever Seen These...

Dr. Phil picked this drink holder extension (for lack of a better name) up at mini-stuff.com but they apparently aren't around any longer. He said he'd check around for me, which was very nice , but I was wondering if anyone else has seen these around anywhere.

Thanks!

Ya Know that would probably be pretty easy to make, or have made. Interesting though.

No, I can't say that I do ...I'm not a coffee drinker.

...but I really do like those "extensions". ...still optimistic someone will be able to help us out with these though.

I'm only poking fun at it's placement, it would stick too far out and interfere with my leg. I'll stick to the single rear cup holder, although it is rare I drink in the car. It might be a contortion for some, but I can easily reach it, even when strapped into my schroth harness.

The rear cup holder is a fantastic option and one I have used, but I rarely get to drive alone and the kids have laid claim to that one.

Front's only for loose change and house keys. Don't want anything in the frontage to distract me from the driving thrill. Rear holds my morning coffee for the short drive to work.

Good luck with that one, we always want what we can have. You and I are a few years to late for one of those I believe.

Now back to the drink holder extensions , somebody must still have these.

Whoa. That shifter boot somehow reminds me of an old Atari 2600 joystick. Not exactly my cup of tea, but it's pretty cool!

Wasn't a boot like that out of some Hyundai or Kia? There are some that are the same size as our shift boot opening, then it's just a mater of gluing it into the ring and snapping that on.

Yep, it's a Hyundai boot out of production and "unavailable" for years now ...or so I'm told.

Does any one know where Dr. Phil's shift boot came from? That would look really good in my MCS as well. Thanks

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the Audi TT (older one) has that style of shift boot as well. You could rig it...

Mini-stuff here too - and it appears they went kaput as far back as 06

btw the cup holder was very expensive .... I think over $70. The cups are make from turned metal. Unfortunately the plastic bracket for the top on mine got broken and I was SOL....'til I made a new metal plate for the bracket and am back in business! Or my son is anyway....the 02 is his now.
