looking for some black bolts that wont rust
need some black bolts that wont rust. they are for my lisc. plate, and to hold the spokes on my Konig rims. the stock lisc plate screws are just ugly standard screws, i got some from home depot that had a nicer look to them. unfortunatly, i didnt realize they were anodized...they started to rust the next day after i washed the car.
those are 5mm, need 4 of them.
then i need 24 6mm ones for my rims. 6 bolts per rim total (5 spokes, and one for the center cap) to replace the stock chrome ones Konig supplied. i dont think Konig has them in black, if they do, they will most likely over charge just like they do the different color spokes, rather than me buying some Krylon plastic paint for 5 bux and painting them myself, but thats another story.
only ones i saw at HD and Lowes were anodized.
where else can i look, or is anywhere online i can look?
the ones i got from HD are allen wrench heads, i would like that over a standard phillips or flat head. torx would work too.

The Home Depot bolts that you got were most likely black-oxide coated and not anodized, as you generally can't anodize metals like steel, stainless steel, and brass.
And yes, black-oxide coating does tend to form "rust blooms" almost immediately. I have the same problem on my TSW wheel conversion lugs, so I just have to periodically clean them and lube the exposed threads.
If you want black fasteners that won't rust, and if they're for applications where strength isn't critical, you should probably go with anodized aluminum fasteners. The most common alloys are T-6061 and T-7075 (also called "Ergal").
Here is a site that has a bunch of different fasteners, including black anodized aluminum socket-head cap screws, which is what I think you're looking for.

If you want a walk in store (other than the Depot), check with these guys and see if they're local to you.

cheap solution.
Buy some stainless steel fasteners for your license plate. Heat the heads of the fasteners with a propane torch and burn a hole through some 2" blue masking tape equal to the size of the fasteners head. Let the fasteners cool. Torque the fasteners down over your license plate, apply the tape with the hole around the fastener head. Paint the head with some flat black paint. Remove the tape, done!
