No, sorry, dear...they're not that inexpensive. The ones I've been looking at for my '07 MCS (which I'd prefer to work with the multifunction steering wheel) are Parrot - and run upwards of $600. A bunch of the vendors here on NAM sell them...if i were you, i'd just make sure whatever I got comes with LOTS of pictures and clear instructions!

In my '06 I spent about $300 to get a good in-car, thru the stereo system that utilizes that space. You have to drop the front driver's side of the headliner to wire the mic up in there, but once you do the install is completely invisible.
The above link takes you to the 1st gen system, this link is for 2nd gen.
It's not hard to do - you take out the stereo (takes 5 minutes), plug the harness into the back, find a place behind the dash to stick the boxes (mine are velcroed to the back of my parcel shelf), and run the mic up behind the rubber door seal to the headliner, then drop the front corner of the headliner and work it over to the mic location. I did the entire install myself in under an hour.
Note: you need the MFSW for it to work.

Well getting the 2nd gen stereo out is a PITA from what I understand. It's very easy in the 1st gen.
But there's no actual wiring to do. You just take the current harness off (it has a little lever that pops it out), put the new one on, and the old one snaps back onto the new one, piggy-back style. Believe me, I can't wire either - it's just like plugging something into a socket, and snapping down a little lever that locks it in.
But really, you could probably pay an audio guy to do it for under $100.
