That is a sad day, but you'll love the 350z. I had an '06 and loved every minute in that car. The only reason I got rid of it was because it wasn't practical to drive in snow, and I didn't want to have 2 cars anymore.

Yeah man, those 350Z's got so much torque underneath your foot. You'll def. have fun. Like someone else said, we welcome you back with open arms if you ever decide to come back to the MINI world.

Yeah that 350Z engine is nice, but the rest of the car I don't care too much about. Perhaps the new 370Z solves some of the issues I had with the previous model.

Beautiful MINI. I suspect you'll be back in the MINI fold within 1-2 years.

I like 350s, but with the 370 out I dont think I could get one because the 370 is soooooooooooooooo dirty, and sick, and perfect. ITs prob my favorite car out there right now. 350s are very fun though youll enjoy it, maybe itll just make you realize how unique and tight minis are?

All I can say is I traded my 2006 Cooper on a 2006 350Z Roadster and within 4 months I was back in the Mini world with an 06 S!

I dare anyone to tell me I do not love Minis!

Good luck with the Z, my husband has one, I love them, they are great cars!

Maybe you should get a classic Mini those you can work on yourself.....

With four good snow tires a MINI can go anywhere any other car can. I've gone up hills that Jeeps couldnt get over. But, without the snows, forget it.

I got rid of the Z because it was impractical in the snow. No matter which tires you had 300hp straight to the rear wheels just didn't work on ice and snow. I'm getting a Mini as a year-round car.

I know what you mean trying to live with a MINI after the warranty runs out.
Mine ran out on the first of Feb. and had a thermostat go bad and a seatbelt
lock up with 350 miles left on the warranty. It was repaired after two 200 mile round trips to the dealer, under warranty. Now every time I start it up I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop and something going wrong. I love the car and it's probably the most fun car I have ever driven, including several Corvettes I've owned, but I've had more than my share of warranty problems since I bought it. May be I'm paranoid, but I've thought about selling mine also. Good luck with your Z car, it's a great looking ride!!
