Cooper S Packed to the gills! :)

So I play drums in a band and had a gig at a festival on 4th of July weekend. The plan was to go up Thursday night and camp until Sunday so this is what I had in the car:

-5 Piece Drum Kit with 4 cymbals and all stands
-Camping gear (tent, air matress, cooking supplies, chairs, etc...)
-Food for 4 days plus a cooler
-Beer
-My girlfriend in shotgun
-Other misc items

So yeah it was packed! :D Thank god the previous owner of the car bought the roofrack option with cargo basket! The MINI was just great thought. We even got "off course" at one point due to a GPS telling us to go down a god damned Forest Service road that was basically a 4x4 road. It was crazy. I actually had the car stuck at one point and had to have my friends push me while I feathered the clutch... :D Anyway, I just wanted to show how useful our little MINIs can be!!!

Here's the MINI packed and read to roll:

And here's our camp area (surrounded by freakin' Hondas!!! ) :D

Nicely done. Drummer here also. I rented a Zipcar MINI before I bought my MCS to make sure that I could get my kit in there; no problem and a passenger too! It's really surprising how much stuff can fit in the MINI.

This is part of why I want a MINI...too many generic cars on the road and I don't want to be one of them! Glad you got so much gear packed in!
