R50/53 Turnable Side Mirror

Can anyone tell me is the side mirror turnable? I saw a MCS parking on the street last Sunday with his side mirror turned ! Is is really possible?

Yes. Both mirrors can be flipped inward against the car for parking on narrow streets. It also reduces the chances of snapping one off if you happen to drive too closely past something.

They can also be pushed outward as well...I push mine outward when washing so the mirror faces the ground and the water runs out , rather than sitting in the mirror housing and then blowing out and waterspotting the side of the car when I start driving!

Great Cleaning tip, Jimbo. I will definitely try that as I can never seem to get rid of that puddle inside the mirrors

Wow, thanks! That's a great tip! That's definitely one of the most stubborn and difficult puddles to get to otherwise.
