Not really. I think the actual size of this guys brain is incredibly small.

Can't even imagine anyone doing that to themselves.

but TBH, the pain of a tattoo goes away in a matter of minutes (granted never had one on my manhood, but I wouldn't think it would be any different, just more pronounced pain). Thinking about it from a money PoV. What else can you do that pays 20,000-40,000 pounds an hour? and to quote Patrick Swayze, "Pain Don't Hurt".

Now, having a MINI emblem down there for the rest of your life, could be..... interesting.
