New EB owner from Toronto!
Hi NAM!
I did some research here before buying my car, but I only started posting a bit tonight. I picked up my 2005 a couple weeks ago. I've been reading that Electric Blue is rare; so I'll share that the car was originally ordered at Mini Oakville, in Oakville, Ontario.
I'm the 2nd owner of the car. Bought it certified pre-owned. It had 89,000km (53,000mi) on it when I picked it up. I've since become addicted to driving it and I rolled 91,200km today. It has a powertrain warranty until 100,000km.
I've upgraded the stereo to a Kenwood eXcelon KIV-700, upgraded the front door speakers to Pioneers, and installed a set of JL Audio subwoofers in the "trunk", powered by a JL Audio amplifier.
Moving with my Cooper this week:
and this is the POS that my Mini replaced. 2006 GT manual. Dead engine. May it rust in pieces.
