The thought of screwing something into my center console scares me... someone posted a link up earlier to the Wizard, by Bell Automotive (i do believe).. it's an insert for a cup holder that gives you a bugger cupholder... they seemed to like it...

That was me. It is like 5.99 at Target. It fits into the cupholder between the seats
and by turning expands and contracts to fit the cup holder size and fits snugly. It has a second adjustment to hold your drink and easily fits a one liter Aquafina bottle and will hold larger size items. Worth looking at. Wizard by Bell Automotive and I did see it on their website somewhere.

i just got a left and right from Moss. to install, you remove the screws holding down the console, lift is up and slip the bracket underneath, using the console screws to grip the bracket. no drilling.

will put mine in today.

JLM, will you post a message as to what your thoughts are on the looks and functionality of these Moss Cup Holders. I'd appreciate that.

Really? It uses the existing hardware? I swear i thought it said that you had to screw it into the console... (not saying you're wrong, i'm just confusing myself again...).. but if that's the case do tell... how far does it stick out when it's folded up? do you hit it with your legs? (my 2nd concern after the screwing in thing..)

the instruction is to loosen the console cover by popping out the mirror-aim/seat heater gizmo, remove the screws revealed as well as the two in the stock cup holders. then you slip the Moss bracket in in such a way as to be captured by the replaced screws and cover. then you attach the plastic cupholder to the bracket with supplied screws. the cup holder is folding and nestles against the console, although a bit high.

tried it out; the directions work, but the un-folded cup holders require that you have the seats in the rear third of the adjustment range. I returned them as they aren't what I can use.
