>>I think you're talking about GoMINI magazine. I have a subscription and it comes out every two months. Great mag. Can't wait for next (3rd) issue.
This is not GoMINI. It is MINI International. I was on mini2 and there was a post about getting a free issue with the link, so I checked it out and requested my free issue.
I just checked again and it is MINIinternational magazine. Check out the thread under general discussion forum.

Ah sorry. I checked out your link. I can't get a real fix on exactly what the magazine is about, but it has the MINI logo so appears to be associated with the MINI company. Seems to be more about people and other countries than the car. Different. I think I read somewhere in the MINI literature something about this. Let us know how you like it.

Wow!...I had seen this mentioned (barely) some time back but heard nothing else at all til now. I have no clue, but I can't imagine it being better than GoMINI. It seem to have a very "Sprocket" feel to it. Review anybody.......anybody!!!
PS...I just ordered a free issue, too. (...not doing' mods so I have to obsess over something!!! )

Yep -- I was a "charter" subscriber. Interesting heavy-paper color glossy magazine that like to do photo spreads of customized cars. Not a lot of performance info IMHO.

Here in Germany the MINI owners get it for free (4 times a year). It's quite ok, glossy and nicely made. It's purely about lifestyle, not much about cars. It always features one city and comes with a CD (music from that city, MINI tv spots, screensavers ...)

It's very similar to BMW Magazine that BMW owners get here in the states. Very different than GoMINI though.

I have a subscription.
The magazine is MINI International and is a quarterly, published in several languages, in Hamburg. Each issue focuses on a trendy city and also relates to MINIs in that city and has general MINI info. Much of the MINI stuff I've seen in print advertising and in company literature. The editorial content of the mag is so-so, as are the photos.
However, the CD that's included with each issue is pretty cool. It contains music from groups of the featured city, a video or two that are MINI-themed and usually some computer bits like wallpapers and/or screen savers. From memory, some cities that have already been featured were Barcelona, Brooklyn, Montreal, Milan, Tokyo, Casablanca, Reykjavik, Marseille and Cape Town. There have been 9 issues so far, the first one is no longer available as a back issue.

Just got my latest copy of MINI International. This issue features Shanghai. And I just found the mag's website at MINI International Magazine. While the magazine tends to highlight the featured city more than the MINI, you'll find more MINI content in the paper mag than on their website.
I sure wish I had a copy of issue #1, Antwerp.
Now, I need to find GoMINI.
