Help: 2006 Mini timing marks

I cant seem to find a good diy regarding the timing marks on the 2006 mini. What I need is a reference regarding the crankshaft to camshaft marks how they need to line up in relation to the timing chain being put on. I'm sure there must be a write up somewhere but the search has not been my friend so far. Thanks in advance.
Please NOTE: This is not a s model

you need to remove the belt tensioner and damper, but to do that the front wheel comes off and the inner wheel liner.
then take the valve cover off, also be able to remove the timing chain tensioner so you can reset the timing, cause you would not be asking if it was not messed up.
Once you do that. i prefer to have the plugs out turn the motor till the two arrows on the crank sprocket point down and line the two gold links up with it, and on the cam their is one arrow line that up with the gold link on top, and re assemble.
its pretty easy, you should be able to do it in a afternoon.
hope that helps.

Thanks

I actually don't have a bad timing chain my reason for asking was because im replacing a headgasket. I found a place that spoke about the links I just wanted to make sure the car didn't jump time so that I could lock it on the sprocket while pulling the head. Just got done getting it all out so all is well in the world. Until I start putting it back was a pretty easy job compared to the bmw x5 dual vanos lol.
