siezed engine... what should i do now

so my engine seized from overheated not sure what happened coolant was a little low nothing to allow such a failure i dont know what caused it as soon as the temp needle went above op temp i shut the car down. now it will no turn over gave it a night to cool... still will not turn over going to try to un freeze the engine but if all fails what should i do....Rebuild the motor? sell the car? part it out? i have no idea what the most effective way to deal with this would be to deal with this.. its only got 70k miles mint interior 8/10 exterior i would hate to see it go but if it is going to cost too much to rebuild then what would be the best way to get the most amount of money from it parting it out or just selling it as a whole with a seized engine

Did you pull the plugs out to see if their is water in the cyls
did you check the dipstick to see what the oil looks like.
What is your budget if you need to replace a motor.
what kind of sounds is it making when you try to turn it over?
check the oil and plugs and report back here
try to turn it over with the plugs out
you may have water in the cyls.

I needed a new engine, financially as Im sure you know there is little you can now do. I would say you need to spend on a recon engine or rebuld, if you want to get anything back, otherwise you wont get more than £1k for the car like that for sale or part out maybe a bit more (and lot more hassle). Good luck and hope it works out.

i didnt pull the plugs yet the oil was a little low but not any lower than it would be right befor an oil change from a little burning and my budget would have to be like 4k im alrdy in this car like 2k from a clutch that i only replaced like 6 months ago and when i try to turn it over it makes a really obnoxious clicking noise and all the lights in the cabin flicker.

agreed, i still think you should pull the plugs and look in the motor.
but try jumping it (with the plugs out)
to keep from potentially hydrolocking it.
also check your coolant level. we still need to figure out why it overheated.

S or non s?
Any odd noises or sounds before it siezed....in the days, leading up to it?
Gradual or sudden?
If non s r50, you might be surprised how many motors are around from cars with failed cvt's....
Harder with an s, but still around ...many cars are weekend only cars, so low mile, and get wrecked...
