Will 06 R53 exhaust fit earlier 03 R53?

I have someone interested in my OEM 06 R53 exhaust, but theirs is a 03 R53.
Will this work on a 03 mini Cooper s that needs exhaust manifold with catalytic converter?

The exhaust is the same size and shape but in the rear you will have to modify the hangers to fit.

i swapped my 03 r53 exhaust with an 05 r53 exhaust. no mods needed. i did notice a higher tone at 2.5k-3.0k rpm
